As you point out, too, IVs in the veins on the back of the hand tend to infiltrate fairly often. That's what the bruising I saw on is hand looked like. Exactly.
People are quite naturally hoping for some terminal illness to be present in Trump. It's entirely possible that such an illness is in progress, but without more information, it's impossible to predict his demise. He has access to any health care that is known to man. So, he probably can be kept alive and functioning when most people would have been put on palliative care.
But, that's why people keep pointing out this stuff. For old folks like us, though, it doesn't look that strange for Trump to have such signs. Personally, I think we'd be better off by focusing on what he is doing, rather than how he looks.
Will he die soon? Maybe, but I have no idea. Will he do one terrible thing after another in the meantime? Absolutely he will
