I occasionally get that notice with postimage files and assume that the image is therefore not visible to anyone. In this case I am still able to view the image. You might try refreshing the post. If that doesn't work...the image is a cartoonized version of the justices posing for a formal picture in their robes. The six Republican justices are also wearing dark gaiter masks. the caption is "When you can't wear your white hoods after Labor Day."
