With a magnifying glass burning insects and laughing as they smoke. Pulling the wings off of butterflies and torturing small animals to death with glee.
These creatures are pure sociopaths who are where they are because of the proximity to great power and wealth, and the opportunity to inflict their sickest desires on others who they believe are beneath them.
