Remember Camp Casey? There was one wonderful cartoon with Dubya on a tricycle, big cowboy hat, pedalling fast and calling out, “Unka Dick! Unka Dick! There’s a soldier’s bereaved mother at the gates!”

There was Big Dick shutting down the inquiry into yellow cake uranium by ruining the career of an excellent CIA agent and wrecking the reputation of a retired ambassador — as well as lying to a Black US general so that he lied to the UN and got his own reputation trashed.

May history remember Cheney — accurately.
