ICE cannot legally arrest or detain U.S. citizens for immigration enforcement because its authority only extends to non-citizens. U.S. citizens can be detained when they are suspected of obstructing or assaulting law enforcement officers. That's why in every case where they illegally detain a U.S. citizen, ICE agents lie and say their victims obstructed or assaulted them. Suing them for billion$ is the only legal remedy.
