First, I suspect that should SCOTUS rule against him (no sure thing), Trump may very well continue issuing tariffs under executive orders, ruling be damned - what are they going to do about it. Tariffs are typical of his style: bullying others when they have no alternatives. Seriously he has no other tricks in his book. The problem with bullying occurs when you run into someone who takes you to the mat, at which point you have to get others to provide retribution for you or be seen as being weak.

However, IF the tariffs do end, I don't expect things to change much, because now there's uncertainty - what if TFG turns on you as a business or a country. So, no, I don't see things suddenly improving. The tariffs will continue until he leaves office, one way or another.
