... and the tariffs fees are refunded, there will be a huge deficit.

The tariffs were supposed to increase federal revenue to make up for the tax cuts for the wealthy.

Oops.

That means even more "discretionary" spending cuts.

Goodbye Medicare, Goodbye Social Security, Goodbye VA.

It could be Grover Norquist's wet dream.
