5. My suburban town outside Albany NY elected every D on the ballot overwhelming. 75%-25%. We have been strong D for

a few decades now, so not surprising at all.

Albany elected their first black mayor and she is a woman. Replaces a woman. Both D’s.

City of Troy, which is in heavily Republican Rensselaer County flipped City Council to D majority.

The statewide Prop 1 passed. It involved land usage in Adirondacks.
