FIFA spurts "The “FIFA Peace Prize – Football Unites the World” will be bestowed on behalf of all football-loving people from all around the world - more than five billion of the world’s population." But while somehow claiming five billion are "football-loving", and that it's "on behalf" of them ("us", probably - if you say that over half the world's population "love" football, that probably includes me - I'll watch England games), there's spookily no indication how the exacting process of whom the five billion want the award to go to will run.
