It could be a shot at Piss’ age, older people often have poor hearing.

It could be “Listen to this crowd bro! There are more of us than there are of you.”

I’d like to think it’s the classic upside down middle finger. “Can you hear this? Should I turn the volume up?” as you turn your hand into the full bird position.

But most likely it’s him saying “Listen up!” before he goes into his immigrants part of the speech. A direct challenge to Piss’ ICE Gestapo bullshit.
