According to His Grand POObahness, Democrats fairly romped all over the GOP last night because (checks notes) "Trump wasn't on the ballot and shutdown." No, asshole, you WERE on the ballot. On each and every one of them.

For one the shutdown is on YOU. You and your maga cohorts hellbent on starving Americans and letting people go without a paycheck because, heaven forbid, OBAMACARE.

And exit polls reportedly indicated that people were concerned about the ECONOMY (YOUR economy, bubba. Just like the GOP pinned the economy under Biden on HIM), and also with the direction the country is heading. As in, the direction YOU clowns are taking us in. It's all on YOU and your maga accomplices.

Even Trump's chief toady, Just Dumb Vance, was dismissive of the rout, claiming it was "idiotic to overreact" and blaming their ass-kicking on... Joe Biden (??) Go figure.

So go right ahead, trying to GASLIGHT the American people, your bamboozled constituency, and ultimately your own damned SELVES with your denialism, spin, and alternate reality bullshit. Keep on ducking out of those angry townhalls (though you haven't figured out why they're angry), engaging in nefarious, mean-spirited, and downright CRUEL policymaking, and keep on HARMING Americans and dismissing the NEEDS AND CONCERNS OF THE PEOPLE.

Keep on partying with the wealthy elite, while people go hungry, and INVADING and TERRORIZING American cities with your war on US, while you (sometimes literally) take a fkn WRECKING BALL to our edifices, our symbols of democracy, to our institutions, to checks and balances, rule of law, the CONSTITUTION, and to DEMOCRACY ITSELF.
