He just hates the ones who need assistance from the government to feed their families, the ones who aren't white, the ones who are LGBTQ, the ones who are smarter than him, the ones that disagree with him for any reason whatsoever, the ones who dare to protest his authoritarian regime, the ones who can see what a fake and a loser he is... okay, so that's a LOT of Americans, but it's not every single one!
