28. Jury Nullification - an act of public resistance that can't be challenged...

...by the government. So far, it doesn't seem the Trump Cabal was moved by the election results, nor have they been moved by the unwillingness of D.C. grand juries to bring charges against protestors. Now, there's jury nullification in a case where there was video of the act. Saner people would figure out something is going on here in regards to how the public feels about their government. These fascists will probably double down.

Thank you to the good citizens of the District for continuing to send an unmistakable message of resistance. May there be more.
