So when Trump says he doesn't know the Binance founder CZ but he pardoned him, maybe that's true if someone else with access to his Autopen is behind it. Maybe Don Jr. or Eric really did it. Some legislation on the Pardon Power is needed or an amendment to change it from being a tool for openly corrupt bribery.
