(Although it's probably the agenda of all the fascists and authoritarians around him.)

I think he's so out of touch with working class reality that he actually believes we're "wasting money" on things like SNAP, or that he could get a "better deal" on drugs, etc.

Narcissists like him lack curiosity and have no capacity for rational thinking. When WalMart says groceries are cheaper now - he reads it - believes it - and no one can tell him otherwise.

He's insane
