Let's work that out... Some people can use "hundreds" to represent up to 2,000 (e.g. nineteen hundred xx), and the population of New York City is 8.8 million. That makes the population change equal to around 0.023%. In weight, that would be roughly the difference in performance your typical SUV would have between having a full tank and having burned 2 ounces of fuel. Would you notice the difference?
