I wish I had Mafia connections. He'd be toast in 48 hours! Maybe he could keep Hoffa company. Perhaps buried under his new ballroom? That is my fantasy. Actually my fantasy is identical to the Medieval torture methods. Make him suffer horrible pain and excruciating agony throughout eternity. Death is too nice for him. He needs to suffer as much as everyone he has caused to suffer in his lifetime.
