And killing the filibuster to pass court expansion legislation must be a litmus test for every Dem senate candidate.

Without court expansion, there can be no restoration of democracy, no protection of rights, no rebuilding the destruction of the Trump era, as every legislative attempt will either be blocked or overturned.
