ICE violently tackles man with special needs—for being "noncompliant."

Agents claim he refused to answer questions—neighbors say he is nonverbal autistic.

"Why they beating up this special boy?" said employee. "They should call a city doctor."

"He comes into my store every day to get a little treat. I love him dearly, but he has the mind of a child."

U.S. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino was personally on the ground—joining ICE raids throughout the West Side of Chicago.

This incident occurred outside the Family Dollar location near the intersection of 26th Street and Millard Avenue in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. #DemsUnited
