Dems will have some kind of major victory, and he'll pardon her, in order to suck every last bit of oxygen out of the news cycle. He's nothing if not predictable. It won't happen in a slow news week. It will happen in a week where there's something he doesn't want you to focus on. Something that's not about him, but also someone OTHER THAN HIM receiving some kind of praise.
