After the nuclear wars over rapidly dwindling global resources combined with the catastrophic effect of ACC meeting with an unprepared, overpopulated cohort of humanity, collectively staring in disbelief over the "massive and sudden shift" in climate that in turn REQUIRES global resources we no longer have.
