4. I've always thought that eventually we would have a NHS-like healthcare system

if for no other reason that our present system is just not sustainable. However, the longer this mess continues that is less likely. It would take a economic black swan event to move to a system where health not profit is the motive. And I hope that doesn't happen.

Universal child care would something else that would be economically helpful.
