1. She WILL succeed. Is there any way a state could charge her with anything?

Plus if she is given any type of pardon, could (when we control house again) yank her in to testify? (because if i understand things) she cannot refuse top tell the truth? She could be jailed until she agrees to talk? THIS is complete bullshit, and we have no control.
