It's pretty damn close to zero, but under the right (unlikeliest) circumstances, it could happen. What is zero, however, is the chance of Trump signing it if it did pass.

That said, many Republicans in the House are terrified of being forced to go on the record with their vote on this. Believe me, they don't want to go on the record as voting to protect pedophiles. It would not surprise me if a large number of Republicans abstained from the vote when it comes up for a vote. They won't vote for the legislation, but they can avoid explicitly voting for it by abstaining.
