Several points:

1). He's ALWAYS had a "naming fetish."
2). He actually put his name on a urine testing kit.
3). Because he has always hatefully viewed the ACA AS "ObamaCare," he has to replace it with his permanent "brand." Like a dog marks a fire hydrant.
