A comment ending with a mix of exclamation points, and number ones meant sarcasm.
So like-

Trump's a great President!!!!!
(says a magat)
vs
Trump's a great President!!!1!!1!
(says a DU'r)

That's how we did it.🙂

And I've used 2 to 3 exclamation points to really express strong emotions on occasion.
