And no, a promise to hold a vote that is 100% guaranteed to fail does not make for a fair exchange for their votes. Had they added the ACA subsidy language to the CR, there would have been 47 Dem caucus votes for it. Instead, there are 8 people who are hell bent on destroying the party and the country alongside the Republicans.
