8. I can't find a single thing supporting Lawrence's claim of an increase in SNAP funding.

Guarantee of existing funding until the end of the fiscal year, yes. But guarantee of existing funding is NOT an increase in SNAP funding.
Everything else he touts is just avoiding consequences of the shutdown - which gained us nothing. It just means the shutdown didn't create long-term damage to those directly hurt in the short term.
