Fetterman will be a loose cannon until his term ends and he is replaced with someone more dependable.

The Epstein files will never be officially released, they will only be made public if someone leaks them.

There will never be a 2/3 vote to remove Trump, but if there were, the VP would immediately be sworn in and assume the role of CIC of the military.

Trump has about 14 months at most before he becomes a castrated lame duck.
