7. It depends on what state laws allow, along with statutes of limitation, etc.

I would think the only states that could have a basis for charging her are Florida, New York & New Mexico. I can't imagine Florida would do it. I have no idea whether it could even be a possibility in New York or New Mexico based on their state laws.
