A legislative day is a period of time a legislature is in session, beginning with its opening and ending with an adjournment, which can last for a single calendar day or extend over several days or even weeks.

So... 7 "days" on the legislative calendar until someone that signed the discharge can call it... and 2 more "days" until the vote.

This could take a while. Early December is a bit optimistic.
