3. Davis is a deadbeat who still owes attorney fees from the first round of litigation

This asshole lady needs to pay the plaintiffs their attorney fees. Even if the SCOTUS accepted this case, she still owes these attorney fees because they were in a different case and the judgement for these fees are now final
