If for no other reason, I think they will calculate there are bigger fish to fry on Trump's behalf, and they don't want to make it even MORE publicly obvious they are doing Trump's bidding over a measly $5M of his own personal dough. There's corporations needing shady-ass multi-billion dollar rulings in their favor after all!

Plus it's a sexual assault case, so this would be a particularly untoward look for them. I look for Coney Barrett and Roberts to join our three wonderful ladies on this decision, and since that will mean it fails, Boofer Brett will glom on as well since he won't want his own rape allegations to be brought up again by the media if he votes to shield Trump from the consequences of his rapey actions.
