The MAGA 6 on SCOTUS refused to force Trump to use emergency money for SNAP. https://abcnews.go.com/US/supreme-court-extends-stay-order-requiring-administration-pay/story?id=127415450
The Senate deal only funds the rest of the government until January 31, 2026. SNAP was definitely NOT "always going to be avialable through September 30, 2026." Those 8 Dems were able to get SNAP funded through September 30, 2026, as part of the Senate deal.
