A victims group sued JP Morgan Chase in 2022 and settled for $290,000,000 (without going to trial).
The Epstein Estate paid out about $125,000,000 to victims. It was "voluntary", but the fact is there were dozens of lawsuits pending. Money was paid to about 150 people (not sure if all of them were first-person victims i.e. some may have asked for money as like a family group), with awards ranging from low-6 digits to low-7 digits depending on the severity of the claim.
The government of the USVI also settled lawsuits for $75,000,000 against JP Morgan Chase, and $135,000,000 from the Epstein estate. Neither of these went to trial either, they were settlements.
Giuffre sued at least 3 people we know of: Maxwell, Andrew, and Dershowitz (that one she dropped in 2022 and admitted she may have misidentified him with no money changing hands), and I believe threatened some others with suits. She is believed to have received low-single-digit millions from Maxwell and Andrew. Both had discovery phases, but no actual trials. I don't think she's the only individual victim who sued other individuals over their involvement, either.
So, the victims have most definitely sued and they have won over $400M, and the USVI won $210M. IOW, they have won. Big. Without ever having to actually take anyone to trial. Presumably that means their cases were, shall we say, quite compelling
The only actual trial however was the federal criminal one against Maxwell in 2022. The guilty verdict that got Maxwell 20 years was that she trafficked 15 y.o. Carolyn Andriano to Jeffery Epstein.
