I was standing on the cold train platform in Aachen at 8 this morning, thinking, at 73, do I really need to be doing this?

The orthopedist told me my problem wasn't really spinal, but some local thing that his injections did alleviate. If it were only muscular, we brought enough Tandrilax pills back from Brazil to protect us from that, at least.

Tomorrow, at least, I get a great breakfast buffet at the hotel (I'm here so often, they don't even charge me for it any more). I have about 4 hours between 9 AM and 1 PM to get my Belgian stuff for the week done, and then I have to be near Utrecht in NL by evening.
