Every past association with organizations that are on the SPLC list -- OR with people in those organizations, even if the cop wasn't in the org himself -- calls for immediate indefinite mandatory unpaid leave until the following stipulations are met:

The cop can only be readmitted on probation with a certificate of completion and grade of B or better in three college level) courses:

a) black history and literature
b) basic anthropology
c) women's world history

The above stipulation serves the public's overriding right to get quality police professionalism, and it is NOT negotiable with police unions.

I'm missing ethics here, but those discussions come with the actual course studies. I'm also probably missing something else, but that's my concrete start to fix the KKK element of uniformed security.

This system should be mandatory for all private security firms, too.

In the meantime, more replacements can be hired. It will lower unemployment.
