Seek out positions of power
In jobs that allow power over
others be it psych ward staff
A warden or a cop
Sociopaths bullies will
Form cliques protect thier own
Within that profession
It is really that
Way. Any bunch of assholes
or sociopaths that have carved
out a niche in a culture where
they can get
Control over others protect thier
Own kind within that culture.
The bad cops are protected by
bad supervisors
Bad judges etc.etc.
They protect thier same personality
type and intimidate the ones who are
not like them into silence
or compliance with bullying and
retaliation ect .
And once they are able to hire new people
They hire people like themselves.
All it takes is enough racist fuckfaces to be in
The right places of power in the police
Power structure and these sociopath
racist shit head assholes
can kill black people and lock them up with
Impunity.
