We don't need more surveillance, we need more safety regulation and to enforce it with an iron fist. Cause I promise you, what little we have isn't enforced in the slightest.

Edit: And if you doubt that, take a tour of some of the plants around here. Alabama River Cellulose is a good one to start with.
