2. How are they going to impose standards on AI when they truly don't understand what AI is, in

all of its iterations and/or versions? It's so new, that not all of its attributes are fully known yet. I feel like that these efforts are premature and may inhibit the growth and full development of this emerging technology. Kind of like taxing IT and its development back in the day when it first started coming out, they avoided taxing it so they wouldn't hamper its growth or stifle it.
