From the first time the Bush administration went there dragging buckets of money and firing all the Iraqi government people, I just KNEW this was Disaster Capitalism as seen by Bush, Cheney, and many Repug others. I've just never seen it in print before. I'm going to have to pick up this book at some point and read it!
