Rather than convoluted programs to determine who gets food and who doesnt, how about simply providing a minimum basic income for poor people? No bureaucracy, no partisan hands in the pot delivering substandard food (remember the days of oink slime in schools), and food choices being made by the people eating the food, who may have special dietary needs.
Im so fed up with everything this administration is doing. I dont know how we as a country survive another 3+ years.
