3. The Constitution, and precedence, are very very clear here so I'd expect SCOTUS to not even take this up BUT

this SCOTUS is so corrupt you never know. This would literally hand over the power of election law to one person if allowed. The Constitution is done for if this is allowed, may as well burn it.
