books as they don't appear to be relevant anymore. Goodbye to The Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) (also known as Superfund).
