21. That secret meeting didn't stay secret for long

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but this has all the markings of a plan to oust Trump.

Vance can plausibly claim that he visited Murdoch to negotiate some sort of agreement for WSJ to back off the Epstein story, but he Rupert. Lachlan and the rest could easily be deciding the best way to remove Trump. Vance has none of Trump's charisma and can't maintain Trump's MAGA following, but FoxNews and Murdoch's papers like the NY Post and WSJ could help him by gradually turning on Trump and supporting Vance. FoxNews viewers and the whole rw media ecosystem would follow whatever FoxNews hosts tell them like Trump bad; Vance good.

It's always been in sort of the back of my mind that Trump would never finish a second term. Maybe that will turn out to be true.
