But IF EVEN IF THEY HAD - would the outcome be any different? Would the famous “reasonable person” look at the “rules” - and the contest - and block the award?

One more: And if yes, were the rules set up
In such a way as there could be no winner, making Lindell’s “contest “ a FRAUD?
