39. Hogg is doing everything possible to hurt turn out on our side

Polls showed the reason we lost youth turnout was because they thought we weren't doing enough to stop Trump. Hogg pushes the message constantly that Dems don't stand to Trump. The exact thing that hurt us last time with the young. That's why the Heritage Foundation loves him.

And he never says what Dems should actually do, other than to offer some lethally unpopular extremist policy suggestions like defunding the the police. We can't stop Trump with Congress because we don't have the votes. The courts work at lower levels but the Supremes are crooked and in Trump's pocket. Making public statements has limited effect because half the country is brainwashed.

Democrats are doing all they can. We'll do better if Hogg and his followers help Democrats instead of the GOP.
