Says the jerk who made a name for himself from an artificially concocted over-flattering TV programme persona, made another one from regular appearances at artificial fight shows, plasters himself in absurdly artificial skin colouring, has worn a series of laughably artificial hairstyles to cover up a failed attempt at artificially combating baldness, artificially enhances his height to the point where he can't stand up straight, glories in plastering the Oval Office in ridiculous amounts of artificial bling, and likes the women around him to sport various artificial "improvements".

I could go on.
