2. The one issue with the article and use of the term "Nigerian"

is that there IS a "Nigeria" with "Nigerians" but the article is talking about the smaller country of "Niger", where the they are called "Nigeriens" (with an "e" and not an "a", the latter with an "a" which refers to those from Nigeria)!
