6. The perpetrator in the Traverse City Michigan Wal Mart stabbing was mentally ill

Used a pocket knife and stabbed 11 people. Heard he he was arrested previously a couple dozen times and was charged a couple years ago with mutilation of a corpse. Found not guilty due to mental insanity and was released.
